With over eighteen years of experience in corporate and commercial law, Grace has advised numerous local and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, regulatory compliance, and commercial dispute resolution. Her practice spans diverse sectors including financial services, manufacturing, technology, and real estate. Grace is recognized for her commercial acumen and her ability to structure complex transactions that achieve her clients' business objectives while ensuring full regulatory compliance. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Nairobi and is a Certified Public Secretary. Grace is a member of the Law Society of Kenya, the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya, and the International Bar Association.
